Shipping Policy

We ship within Kuwait. The shipping charge is calculated at a flat rate of 0.500 KWD for orders below 5 KWD and free shipping for orders above 5 KWD for any order requiring delivery with Kuwait. An e-mail is sent out containing the tracking information for your order. All orders are usually sent out within 2-3 business days.

How do I view my Order History?
You can review your order history for all online orders on the 'My Account page'.

Delivery within 2-3 working days for stock items to a commercial address. (Friday and Public holidays are not counted as working days)
The delivery period may differ during public holidays.
